Dr. Oliver Chang’s journey began at the University of Texas at Austin, followed by medical training at St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery training at The Brooklyn Hospital Center and Cleveland Clinic Florida, and he later pursued a highly competitive plastic surgery fellowship at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, an affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College.
